The Style Approach offers personal styling consultations, wardrobe organization, fashion advice, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

 

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

4. User Responsibilities

    •    Provide accurate and complete information when booking or using Services.

    •    Do not use the website or Services for unlawful purposes or activities.

    •    Respect the intellectual property rights of The Style Approach and other users.

 

5. Payment and Refund Policy

    •    Credit card information is required at the time of booking and payment will be processed on the day of service. 

    •    Missed or canceled appointments are subject to  fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy and stated below. 

    •    All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of The Style Approach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

The Style Approach is not liable for:

    •    Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Services or website.

   •    Decisions made based on the fashion advice or recommendations including product fabrications.

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service fee.

Missed Appointments will be processed as a cancellation and processed with a 50% service fee.

9. Privacy Policy

The Style Approach is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy (View Policy) for detailed information on how The Style Approach collects, uses, and protects your data.

The Style Approach reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
